Switching your repeat prescriptions to Oakley
On this page

Patients often assume switching pharmacy is a paperwork battle. It isn't. Five minutes at the counter, or a quick call, and your repeats land here from then on.

Nomination, in plain English

Nomination is just telling the NHS which pharmacy your electronic prescriptions should go to. You can do it via the NHS App, your GP surgery, or by asking us, we handle it the same day.

What changes once you switch

  • Your GP sends your script directly to us, no paper to lose
  • We can order your repeats on your behalf if you'd like
  • We text you when your medication is ready
  • Free local delivery across Heswall, Gayton, Barnston, Pensby and Thurstaston

The delivery bit

Local delivery is free, discreet and usually next-day. If you live just outside the area, ask us, we cover more than the map suggests. Same packaging, same labels, same pharmacist on the end of the phone.

The point of a local pharmacy is that it takes the boring bits off your plate.
