On this page

Most people don't miss medication because they don't care, they miss it because their routine wasn't built for the reality of a busy week. From behind the counter, we've watched the same small adjustments make an enormous difference.

Anchor every dose to something you already do

Habits stick when they ride on top of habits you already have. Pair your morning tablet with your first cup of tea. Pair your evening dose with brushing your teeth. The cue does the remembering for you.

Use a weekly organiser, even if you only take one thing

A pill organiser turns 'did I take it?' into a glance. It's the single most useful £4 in any medicine cabinet, and we're happy to set yours up for you in store.

If you can see your week, you can manage your week.

A starter checklist

  • Pick one fixed cue for each dose
  • Refill your organiser on the same day each week
  • Set a single backup alarm for evening doses
  • Book a yearly medication review with your pharmacist

If any of this feels overwhelming, that's exactly what we're here for. Drop in any time and we'll walk through your medication together, no appointment needed.
