Anchor your wake time
It might sound odd, but the hardest part of sleeping well is the morning. Waking up at the same time every day helps everything else fall into place.
Dim the last hour
Bright overhead light tells your body it's still daytime. Switch to lamps an hour before bed and your melatonin starts working with you, not against you.
